After a few years in Asia, I set up my own company in the Philippines. I've been working as a freelancer and now offer, in the name of Bluemind Inc, customised outsourcing options to the French and European web agencies.
We are a Philippine-based company offering a wide selection of IT services and web solutions to french web agencies in need of outsourcing options such as staff augmentation.
Our wide array of services includes website design and development, domain registration, seo and website hosting. Our team is composed by highly skilled individuals who are committed to creating aeshetically pleasing yet functional designs.

2009 - 2011I worked for several companies such as Sprintic Ltd which is a HK based company managed by french people. This company publishes online diet programs (chronoregime.com, moncoachregime.com) and dating sites (loveasie.com), I worked for them as well as for other French companies like PowerUpMyBiz as a freelancer, I have been in charge of various websites which include: manifone.com, assuranceautoetudiant.com, pharmidea.com, anivin.org, etc... my assignments were as follows:
• Elaboration of the SEO strategy and goals
• Development of Directories according to SEO requirements on French and English websites
• Management of a team of content writers
• Recruitment of English speaking service providers through online platforms (getafreelancer.com)
• Reporting
• Article writing
• Translation (from english to french most of the times)
• Site Moderation
2008 - 2009Aujourdhui.com is a French portal dedicated to well-being and weight loss, they now count nearly 3 million members in their community. Aujourdhui.com is edited by ANXA ltd. My responsibilities were as follows:
• Development of directories according to SEO requirements, generating more than 100.000 unique visitors per month
• Implementation of a new CRM program to increase the recruitment of prospects
• Follow-up of the audience via Xiti
• Making of press release
• Translation of web-content
• Recruitment of trainees: I posted ads on several websites, sorted the resumes, exchanged emails, let the applicants take a test and had some phone interviews.
2005 - 2011I went through every single step to set up a new corporation and started with a business plan, a feasibility survey including technical, legal, financial and operational aspects of an aquaculture venture and implementation of a corporation running shrimp ponds in the South of the Philippines. The corporation has been officially running since 2006 and the farm has been operated since 2007. In 2010, we were able to produce about 10 tons of shrimps which were sold on the national market. Here are my main fields of duties:
• Accountancy: follow-up with expenses, book of account, payments, CPA
• Logistics: order with the providers and purchase of every required product for a cropping (feeds, probiotics, lime, fertilisers, gasoline, etc…) and maintenance of the equipment (engines, aerators, dikes, etc…)
• Sales: follow-up and contact with buyers
• HR: staff management (up to 6 people), recruitment, assignment, contracts, payroll, contract termination, labor department.
2005 - 2005JRE Corporate Ltd is a chinese real estate company with branches all over China. Their target are the expats working in chinese cities for worldwide companies and looking for accomodation for the duration of their contract. Below were my main duties:
• Implementation and development of a database of French customers (individual and corporate) for the real estate agency.
• Coordination between the Marketing and Sales Departments
• Networking
2004 - 2005Caddie is a french top manufacturer of shopping carts and opened a new factory in China in 2004, their first factory abroad. At that time, there were 150 workers and 1 production line to optimise. I was the only French employee there, making the liaison between the French HQ and this new production unit, representing Caddie as well towards main French customers like Auchan and Carrefour, my tasks were as follows:
• Implementation of QC process,
• outsourcing contracts: local factories which could supply CADDIE with plastic parts, wheels, and accessories
• translation of intern documents and reports
• Prospecting of customers
• Liaison with French HQ
2002 - 2003Gavroche is a french speaking magazine distributed in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Its main office is located in Bangkok and its target is the french speaking community living in the "Siam" area.
• Customer relationship (portfolio of 80 advertisers).
• Developing the relationships with existing clients and hunting new customers (3 new signed contracts)
• Management of a team of 3 people (Thai and French).
