2005 - 2008Supervising a team of 7 for insuresupermarket web team and later a team of 8 for MCAT desktop application. I am controling performance and workload troughout the entire lifecycle of projects and maintenance tasks. I perform individual appraisal and ensure professional development. I also produce metrics & procedures to generate productivity and process improvement. I am facilitating a good communication throughout the team by giving regular feedback and team meetings as well as liaising with other teams (commercial,DBA, and Testing).
I also provide technical lead regarding the development of .NET2 applications and review all documentation (business case, project plan, specifications , technical design & test plans) to ensure conformance to best practice, corporate guidelines and increase reusability.
